The Koala Conservation Reserve is a unique ecotourism experience where you come ‘face-to-face’ with wild koalas in their natural habitat from treetop boardwalks. Learn about these amazing animals and the role the Reserve has played in protecting Phillip Island’s koalas and their habitat.
The Koala Conservation Reserve offers an array of family friendly activities and opportunities to explore the native bush and see Australian wildlife. Explore the six hectares of Australian bushland on the easily accessible trails.
See Koalas in their natural environment, look out for wallabies, echidnas and colourful native birds. Wander the two tree top boardwalks for superb up-close koala viewing or enjoy seeing them on the walking trails. Enjoy the interpretative displays within the Reserve’s Visitor Centre and learn about Koalas’ habitat and conservation.
Connect with nature in the Guided Koala Tour for an immersive, guided walk through the treetop boardwalks and learn about this unique and iconic species.
